$45 billion bid to Yahoo!

Microsoft made an $45 billion cash and stock bid for Yahoo last Friday. Yahoo’s reponse to the bid yet to come. Mean while Google slammed this move by Microsoft as “inappropriate and illegal influence over the Internet”.
