When you use the computer frequently, especially if you are one of the people who sit in front of the PC 9-5, then you have to take look at the symptoms of computer strain. Frequent use of computer involves poor posture, and can damage nerves, muscles, tendons or ligaments.
According to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, these are the common symptoms involved in computer-related injury.
- blurred visions or redness, dryness, and soreness of the eyes.
- you may feel numbness of the fingers.
- frequent headache.
- Pain in the neck, shoulder, lower back, or wrists.
