Out-of-body experience To be Researched

Out-of-body experience has been reported in several incidents by people who cheat death at the last moment.  Around 10 to 20 per cent of people whose heart stops after a cardiac arrest report some near-death experiences. But its never been scientifically proved whether they are real or just a trick of the mind. Scientists in UK are to examine the near-death experiences of 1,500 hospital patients to find out the truth. The research will be carried out for the next three years. Pictures will be placed on shelves high up in hospital rooms so that they can be seen only from above. If any patients recall the images, it would be the first hard proof that out-of-body experiences are real.
