I think Obama should videotape a personal appeal to the North Koreans. Also I read their Glorious Leader is a big fan of American pop culture. In this instance a set of 25 DVDs would be appropriate.
Maybe Obama could go and make a personal appearance in Pyongyang. Just drop on in protocol be damned.
