Happiness and Relationships Linked
A study of the social networks of more than 4,700 subjects who had been tracked for 20 years demonstrated that happy people tend to be linked to each other through relationships with family, friends and neighbors. Those who seemed happiest were positioned at the centers of their networks, while those at the fringes tended to be more melancholic.
