Reduce Ulcer
- Medications that can help reduce stomach acid, and antibiotics that can thwart bacteria can be used.
- Avoid smoking.
- Don’t take aspirin or ibuprofen ( anti-inflammatory medications)
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine.
- Avoid eating chocolate, coffee, certain spices, and some spicy foods. (foods that can aggravate ulcer)
- Eat several small rather than one big meal.
